Joe registered a domain euser.com with networksolutions.com on 13-Aug-1998 for a two year period. His domain will expire on 13-Aug-2000. Networksolutions.com billed Joe for $35.00 for extension of his registration to 13-Aug-2001. Joe refused to pay $35.00. Instead, he came to eshoppers.com for help. He was advised to fill out the order form. As a result, Joe was billed $20.00 by eshoppers.com and the registration of his domain was extended to 13-Aug-2001. He saved $15.00 and lost nothing!
